6.1 Council directed the Mayor and Clerk to execute agreements in the development of the East Side Employment Lands, including infrastructure related to water and wastewater under the Welland Canal. Additionally, Council directed the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with the Niagara Region, construction agreements with contractors, and interim financing agreements required for construction financing. Council also directed staff to proceed with the required public consultation efforts related to the establishment of two Government Business Enterprises.
The next Port Colborne Council Meeting will be held October 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
