Where: Catharine Street Between Elgin Street and Park Street

When: April 21, 2023 from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Who: Residents of Port Colborne and visitors

What: Catherine Street between Elgin Street and Park Street will be closed in order to resurface the asphalt at the rail crossing.
