Take notice that the Council of the City of Port Colborne will hold a public meeting to consider a by-law to permanently close part of:

Borden Avenue: Part of the road allowance between Lots 15 and 16 on Plan 10, and Lots 23 and 24 on Plan 33, located between Steele Street and Knoll Street.

Mapping illustrating the portion of the road allowance is available for inspection (together with this notice) on the municipality’s website www.portcolborne.ca, or by contacting Bram Cotton, Economic Development Officer, at edo@portcolborne.ca or 905-835-2900 x504.

Anyone wishing to participate in the meeting is asked to submit a written submission that will be circulated to City Councillors prior to the meeting. If anyone wishes to virtually participate in the meeting, they must pre-register with the Deputy Clerk. Written submissions and virtual participation requests must be received by noon on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, by emailing deputyclerk@portcolborne.ca or calling 905-835-2900 x115. Written submissions can also be submitted to the mail slot in the front-left of City Hall, 66 Charlotte Street.
