The City of Port Colborne is redesigning its website and is seeking community feedback through a survey to help guide its development.
The project will focus on upgrading the backend technology that powers the website, improving accessibility, and enhancing the overall user experience for Port Colborne’s residents, businesses, and visitors.
Public input will play an important role in shaping the new website. Feedback will help the City better understand how people currently use the website, what’s working well, and where improvements are needed to better meet user needs.

Paper surveys are also available at City Hall, the Vale Health & Wellness Centre, and the Port Colborne Public Library.
The survey remains open until May 1, 2026.
