Elm Street (Northbound Lane) Closed Between Clarence Street and Park Street

Beginning Wednesday, March 19, 2025, the northbound lane of Elm Street, between Clarence Street and Park Street, will be closed for the removal of a monitoring well in the City’s right-of-way.

The project may extend into Thursday, March 20, 2025. A detour route will be posted for local traffic.
