The City of Port Colborne is inviting residents to review and provide feedback on its draft Community Health & Wellness Action Plan, building on extensive community input gathered over the past year.
The draft Action Plan reflects what the City has heard from more than 2,000 survey responses, public sessions, and community conversations over the past year. It outlines a local approach to improving access to care, strengthening services, and supporting long-term health and wellness across Port Colborne. This phase of engagement focuses on confirming priorities, refining proposed actions, and ensuring the plan reflects the needs and experiences of the community.
