Port Colborne’s downtown will sparkle with festive floats when the Lighted Santa Claus Parade returns on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
Local businesses, community groups, schools, organizations and sports teams are invited to help bring the holiday spirit to life by entering this year’s parade. Applications are now open, with a deadline of Friday, November 13, 2026.
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone, participating groups must:
- Review the participation requirements, float requirements and safety information included in the parade application.
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance confirming at least $2 million in coverage, naming the City as an additional insured and covering all members of the participating group.
- Submit proof of automobile insurance for entries that include a vehicle.
- Ensure each participant completes the mandatory digital Waiver and Release of Liability Form, which will be sent to groups upon acceptance.
