Air Quality and Fire Ban Update - July 17, 2026

Due to poor air quality caused by wildfire smoke, a total open-air fire ban is now in effect across the City of Port Colborne.

The City's Community Concert Series performance featuring Yacht Rock Show Canada, originally scheduled for Friday, July 17, has also been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 26 due to ongoing air quality concerns.

Residents are encouraged to limit outdoor activities if needed, monitor local air quality conditions, and stay informed.
