Weather update: The Easter egg hunt will be moving INDOORS to the YMCA gym at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre. 

On Saturday, April 16, 2022, the Easter bunny will be hopping back into Port Colborne for the annual Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre, 550 Elizabeth Street.

Additional Easter activities happening at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre on April 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for families to enjoy include:

10 a.m. & 12 p.m. Dena Gelentso Easter Crafts

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Niagara Face Painters

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Colouring Station

11 a.m. Easter Egg Hunt (update: INDOORS in the YMCA Gym due to inclement weather).

Notes:
 Bring your own basket! Participants will need to register at the main entrance of the Vale Health & Wellness Centre by age group: 1-5 yrs, 6-10 yrs, and 11-15 yrs. Participants will be given a coloured card to return to the registration desk with one egg for an age specific prize bag. The Easter egg hunt is moving indoors to the YMCA Gym. 

12 to 2 p.m. Free Skate

12 to 3 p.m. Free Swim with the YMCA (pre-registration is required for a one-hour time slot). Bookings will open one week in advance. Call the YMCA at 905-835-9622. 

To accommodate these events, the walking track will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
