The City of Port Colborne Official Plan [PDF/16.4MB] was approved by the Ontario Municipal Board (now the Ontario Land Tribunal) on November 25. 2013. The Official Plan sets long-term goals and objectives for our community, guides our By-laws, and informs Council on land-use decisions and how to manage change.

Official Plan Review & Update
The City of Port Colborne has initiated the development of a new Official Plan. This plan will establish a long-term vision for managing growth, infrastructure, land use, development, and environmental protection in Port Colborne through 2056.
