Microtransit

Microtransit is a shared ride service for areas not served by conventional bus routes, including Port Colborne.

Trips are requested through the Niagara Transit Plus (NT+) App, with pickup at a nearby location based on availability. Microtransit does not follow a fixed route or schedule and may include other riders or stops along the way. Rides can be booked up to seven days in advance.

Purchase a Transit Pass at Port Colborne City Hall

The following Niagara Transit passes are available for purchase at Port Colborne City Hall, 66 Charlotte Street, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.:

  • MicroTransit passes
  • Niagara Transit 10-ride passes
  • Niagara Transit monthly passes

Payment can be made be Cash, Debit, Cheque or Credit card with 2.4% fee
