Non-profit organizations and service clubs that serve Port Colborne residents may apply for a discretionary grant from the City of Port Colborne.
Who can apply
To qualify, an organization must:
- Be a charitable organization, incorporated non-profit corporation or non-profit entity
- Have been operating for at least one year
- Have its operations located in Niagara
- Provide direct, community-based services to Port Colborne residents
- Apply no more than once each year

Applications are due January 31 and June 30 each year. Organizations may apply once per year.
