Request to Purchase Municipal Land
Interested in purchasing City-owned land that is not currently listed for sale? You can submit a Request to Purchase Municipal Lands for the City’s consideration.
A $300 deposit is required to process the application and is non-refundable in most cases. If the purchase proceeds, the deposit will be applied toward the purchase price. For complete requirements and conditions, refer to By-law No. 6620/75/18.
