The City of Port Colborne is reconstructing King Street between Clarence Street and Charlotte Street. The work includes replacing sidewalks, curbs, trees and the roadway.

About the Project
The sidewalks on King Street are in poor condition, with steep slopes and uneven bricks that can create trip hazards. Replacing them will help residents walk safely and access nearby businesses.
The roadway has also settled unevenly, creating a rough driving surface. The project will replace the roadway along with the sidewalks, curbs and trees.
Project Updates
Construction is underway and remains on schedule. Completion is anticipated by late November 2026.
