Committee Mandate
City Council appoints eight citizens and one Councillor to the Library Board. The Board is responsible for library services in our community. It creates policies, ensures that the library has adequate funding, and promotes the library in the community. The Board operates under the Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1990.
The Port Colborne Public Library is committed to providing the services necessary to meet the needs of our user communities.
