Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, public and private sector organizations in the Province of Ontario must develop a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (MYAP) to identify and address barriers to information and communication, employment, transportation, design of public spaces and customer service for people with disabilities.
