Asset Management

The City of Port Colborne owns and maintains infrastructure that residents rely on every day, including roads, bridges, water and wastewater infrastructure and other municipal assets. Asset management helps the City plan for how this infrastructure is maintained, renewed and replaced over the long term.

Asset Management Plan

The City's Asset Management Plan guides decisions about building, operating, maintaining, renewing, replacing and disposing of municipal infrastructure. The plan helps the City understand the condition of its infrastructure, plan for future needs and make informed decisions about where and when investments are required.
