During tourism season (mid-May to mid-October), you can visit us in person at Humberston Hall Visitor Information Center, located at 76 Main Street West, at the corner of Main Street West and Mellanby Avenue. During weekdays, in the off season, visitor information can be found at City Hall, at 66 Charlotte Street, in downtown Port Colborne.
