Human Resources
The Human Resources Department provides a wide variety of functions for the City of Port Colborne. We hire employees for City Departments, we look after benefits for our employees, we work with departments to solve problems, we train and develop employees, we provide managers with the information they need to make decisions and we try and ensure a safe work place for all our employees.
The Human Resources Coordinator ensures that all human resource programs contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the City, within the parameters set by Council and applicable employment legislation.
